SB 104 requires that election precincts have sufficient paper ballots available for personal appearance voting, calculated based on prior voter turnout plus 25%. Additionally, voters requesting paper ballots must be provided one, and election authorities must have the means to print additional ballots if necessary. These changes are applicable to elections ordered after the act’s effective date.
