SB 122 mandates labeling requirements for products containing or derived from aborted human fetal tissue. It applies to food, medical products, and cosmetics that include or are manufactured using human fetal tissue. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission must develop specific labeling rules, with enforcement starting January 1, 2026.
