SB 1767 requires all Texas public schools, including open-enrollment charter schools, to employ at least one full-time registered nurse at each campus. It also mandates that school districts maintain an average ratio of at least one full-time registered nurse per 750 students. The bill applies starting with the 2025-2026 school year.
