SB 1808 dissolves the Rose City Municipal Utility District. The district’s directors are required to wind up all affairs and file dissolution documents with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) within 60 days of the bill’s effective date. On Day 61, the district is officially dissolved, and all director terms expire. Chapter 7958 of the Special District Local Laws Code, which governs the district, is repealed.
