It also criminalizes attorneys, chiropractors, physicians, and private investigators from soliciting potential clients within 31 days of an accident or disaster unless the individual has already sought their services. The bill maintains existing prohibitions on coercive, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive solicitations.
