SB 2355 designates a portion of Farm-to-Market Road 969 in Travis County as the Senior Police Officer Lewis "Andy" Traylor Memorial Highway. The designated section extends from the intersection with Decker Lane to the intersection with U.S. Highway 183. The Texas Department of Transportation is directed to design, construct, and install markers at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate points. This designation is in addition to any other names the highway may have.
