Digest
SB 2385 expands restrictions on overnight parking of commercial motor vehicles in residential subdivisions. It modifies the definition of a residential subdivision under the Transportation Code to include those in counties with a population greater than 220,000 or counties with fewer than 75,000 residents that are adjacent to three counties with populations over 450,000. This expansion will apply to additional residential areas where commercial truck parking is already limited.
