SB 2710 expands the definition of "authorized emergency vehicle" to include vehicles owned by district attorneys, criminal district attorneys, county attorneys, and prosecutors employed by those offices or the Texas Attorney General’s Office. These vehicles will receive the same emergency status as police and fire vehicles​.
