SB 2783 expands the rights of property owners' associations regarding flag displays. It prohibits associations from banning U.S., Texas, or military flags, while allowing them to regulate political flags during election seasons. However, it allows restrictions on offensive flags, oversized displays, or flagpoles placed on common property.
