SB 2915 establishes the Supporting Life Pilot Program as part of the Thriving Texas Families Program. The program, operated by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), will provide care coordination and support services to pregnant teenagers in a county with a population of 4 million or more. The program will offer housing, child care, educational services, mental health counseling, parenting classes, and vocational training assistance. An advisory board will oversee the pilot program, which is set to expire on January 1, 2032​.
