SB 322 extends and amends appraisal value caps for certain real properties other than homesteads. It reduces the annual cap on appraisal increases from 20% to 10%, introduces new categories of exceptions, and extends the expiration of these caps to 2031. Implementation is conditional on voter approval of a constitutional amendment.
