SB 415 regulates the use of confidentiality agreements by governmental bodies in response to public information requests made for legislative purposes. It requires timely notification to legislative requestors if a confidentiality agreement is proposed and prohibits such agreements if the governmental body fails to notify or secure timely agreement by all parties.
