SB 67 authorizes the use of videoconferencing for contested case hearings under the Texas workers' compensation system. It permits such hearings for certain claimants or insurance carriers under specific conditions, including claims related to injuries of first responders or cases where the claimant resides more than 75 miles from the hearing site.
