SB 73 creates the Unfunded Mandates Interagency Work Group, composed of state officials and legislators, to identify and report on mandates imposed on political subdivisions without corresponding state funding. The group will compile advisory lists of such mandates after legislative sessions and evaluate whether they meet criteria for reimbursement.
