SB 755 known as the "Come and Take It Sales Tax Holiday Act," creates a sales tax exemption for firearms, ammunition, and related accessories during a designated weekend in February each year. The exemption applies only to sales conducted during the specified period, beginning on the second-to-last Friday in February and ending the following Sunday.
