SB 802 updates the Thriving Texas Families Program under the Health and Safety Code to ensure that all educational and informational materials provided through the program are medically accurate, scientifically supported, and non-coercive. The materials may not explicitly endorse any religious ideology, teaching, or practice. The law takes effect September 1, 2025.
