Who’s Watching? Technology, Privacy, and the Fourth Amendment

Texas Policy Research President Jeramy Kitchen will speak at the Robson Ranch Conservatives’ monthly meeting in Denton on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Kitchen will present “Who’s Watching? Technology, Privacy, and the Fourth Amendment,” examining how emerging surveillance technologies are challenging traditional expectations of privacy and raising important constitutional questions. The presentation will explore technologies such as automated license plate readers (ALPRs) and other forms of digital surveillance, along with the broader implications for individual liberty and the Fourth Amendment.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for a meet-and-greet, with the meeting beginning at 6:20 p.m. in the Lone Star Room of the Robson Ranch Clubhouse.
