Texas’ 89th Legislative Session gets underway at noon on January 14th, 2025. Ahead of that, Texas Policy Research President Jeramy Kitchen was joined by Dr. Vance Ginn, a TPR Board Member and President of Ginn Economic Consulting to preview major policy issues facing lawmakers in the upcoming session.
