HB 2461 increases the criminal penalties for criminal mischief involving retail motor fuel pumps. Under this bill, if an individual damages, disrupts, or impairs the function of a gas station fuel pump, the offense is upgraded to a third-degree felony, regardless of financial loss. The bill applies to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025.
