HB 4646 transfers ownership rights of the Woodlawn Water Supply Corporation to the Angelina and Neches River Authority. It allows the authority to acquire all assets, debts, and contractual obligations of the corporation, including its Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. Once the transfer is completed, the corporation’s board of directors must begin dissolution proceedings within 30 days.
