HB 706 restricts the jurisdiction of international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum within Texas. It prohibits the enforcement or implementation of any rules, fees, taxes, policies, or mandates from these organizations by the state or its political subdivisions. This Act takes effect on September 1, 2025.
