SB 386 restricts the jurisdiction of international organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and the World Economic Forum (WEF), within the state of Texas. It prohibits enforcement or implementation of any rule, fee, tax, policy, or mandate from these organizations by Texas state or local governments. This is aimed at affirming state sovereignty over such entities' influence.
