Rep. Christian Manuel is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2022 to represent District 22, which covers a portion of Jefferson County in Southeast Texas. A Southeast Texas native born in Nederland and rooted in Port Arthur, he holds an Associate’s degree from Lamar University.
