Biography
Rep. Jeff Leach is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2013 to represent District 67, which covers a portion of Collin County including Allen, McKinney, Plano, Melissa, and surrounding communities. He earned a B.A. from Baylor University and a J.D. from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.

Born and raised in Plano, Rep. Leach graduated from Plano Senior High School before attending Baylor University. He currently practices at the law firm of Gray Reed & McGraw LLP in Dallas, where he specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation, construction law, and real estate, and has been named a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers.
For the 89th Legislative Session, Speaker Dustin Burrows appointed Rep. Leach as Chairman of the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence and as a member of the House Committees on Calendars and Public Education.
