Rep. Marc LaHood is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2025 to represent District 121, which covers a portion of Bexar County. Born and raised in San Antonio, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2007.

Rep. LaHood is a criminal defense attorney who primarily practices state and federal criminal defense through his own law firm, and has tried felony jury trials in both state and federal courts. For the 89th Legislative Session, Speaker Dustin Burrows appointed Rep. LaHood to the House Committees on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, including its Subcommittee on Family & Fiduciary Relationships, and Transportation. He and his wife Erica have four children.
