Biography

Rep. Paul Dyson is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2025 to represent District 14, which includes parts of Brazos County in the Bryan–College Station area. He is a 30-year resident of the community and a practicing attorney and businessman.

Born July 10, 1980, Rep. Dyson earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Texas A&M University and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston. His professional career has included service as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, associate roles at large law firms in Houston, and counsel positions in the energy sector. He currently serves as Managing Attorney of Dyson Law PLLC and as Co-Owner of Lawyers Title Company of Brazos County.

In the Bryan–College Station community, Rep. Dyson has served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for Allen Academy, Vice-Chair of the College Station Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, President of the OPAS Board of Directors, and as a board member of American Momentum Bank.
