Rep. Shelley Luther is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2024 to represent District 62, which covers Delta, Fannin, Franklin, and Grayson counties in North Texas. A small business owner, she holds a Bachelor’s degree.

Rep. Luther gained national attention in 2020 after she was briefly jailed for continuing to operate her Dallas salon in defiance of COVID-19 shutdown orders.
