The committee shall have 11 members, with jurisdiction over:
- The placement on appropriate calendars of bills and resolutions that are in fact local or will be uncontested, and have been recommended as such by the standing committee of original jurisdiction.
- The placement on appropriate calendars of resolutions that are in fact congratulatory or memorial.
- All procedures for expediting the business of the house in expressing concern or commendation in an orderly and efficient manner.
- All resolutions to congratulate, memorialize, or name mascots of the house.
- Other matters concerning rules, procedures, and operation of the house in expressing concern or commendation assigned by the speaker.
- The determination of priorities for floor consideration of bills and resolutions except those within the jurisdiction of the Committee on Calendars.
